Terms and Conditions

1.These Terms and Conditions shall govern any order given and agreement made between a customer and Multiblinds. No other terms and conditions shall apply. Any reference to the Goods shall mean the blinds, window furnishing or other products supplied by Multiblinds and the subject of an order by a customer.
2.Upon the order detailed on the form (the Order) being completed by or on behalf of the customer named (the customer) and delivered to Multiblinds the order shall be deemed to have been accepted by or on behalf of Multiblinds unless Multiblinds notify the customer the contrary within 7 day of such completion and delivery.
3.Since the good are made to each Customer’s individual requirements, the order cannot be cancelled once manufacture has commenced, As we aim to provide a fast service, manufacture usually commences very soon after receipt of the order by Multiblinds.
4.By giving the Order the Customer authorises Multiblinds at their discretion to carry out such credit references or other enquires upon the Customer’s financial status as Multiblinds thinks fit and the Customer shall provide, upon request, any written authorisation which may be required for the purpose of such enquiries.
5.Any estimated delivery or fitting date specified by Multiblinds are approximate only and not a term of the agreement.

6.1Multiblinds guarantee that any defect in material or workmanship occur within 12 months of the date of the delivery and fitting, Multiblinds will at their option repair or replace the defective goods free of any charge for labour or materials always providing that the Goods have not been subject to any mis-use or modification.
6.2No liability under this guarantee shall arise unless the purchase price for the Goods has been paid in full on or before the delivery and fitting of the Goods
6.3After the expiry of the guarantee period the Customer will be responsible for the payment of any charges for a service call and repair or replacement of the Goods by Multiblinds.
7.Whilst every attempt will be made by Multiblinds to ensure that the Goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample shown or description given to the Customer, any minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between sample or description and the Goods delivered shall not entitle the Customer to reject the Goods nor withhold or reduce payment of the purchase price nor claim any compensation for such variation or change.
7.1 Back Orders ,If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

8.Unless instalment payment have been agreed, payment of the purchase price, for the Goods net of any deposit already paid, is due upon completion of the delivery and fitting of the Goods, or, in the event of cancellations or refusal to accept delivery of the Goods, upon cancellation or refusal as the case may be.
8.1 Online purchases , payment is required prior to the despatch of the goods and no fitting service is included.
9.Risk in Goods passed upon delivery and fitted but title will only pass on to the Customer upon payment in full being made by cash or cheque upon clearance
10.If payment of the purchase price for the Goods is delayed by the Customer for any reason beyond the due date specified in clause 8 above then interest shall be payable(before and after judgement) on the balance outstanding calculated on a daily basis and compounded monthly from such due date until payment at the rate of 4% per annum above the bank base rate, the Customer shall pay any costs or expenses incurred by or on behalf of Multiblinds in recovering any overdue payments of the purchase price of the Goods and interest from the Customer
11.No statement, description, or recommendation contained in any catalogue, price list, advertisement, communication, shall be interpreted so as to enlarge, vary or override in any way any of these Term and Conditions.
12.Multiblinds shall have no liability to the Customer for any failure to deliver Goods the Customer has ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any change of the specified delivery date or any damage or defect to Goods delivered that caused by any event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Multiblinds including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, floods, fire, explosion or accident.
13.If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Multiblinds exclude their liability to the Customer) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

15.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect a Customer’s statutory rights.
16.This agreement is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site

We collect information, firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will never pass your details on to any third party without your express permission.
